Custom objects

Settings → Custom objects lets you model anything else your business tracks — suppliers, contracts, service assets, sites — as first-class records with their own field schemas, using the same attribute and validation engine that guards products. Define an object type and its fields (no code needed), then capture records against it; custom objects also work with the bulk importer (Importing data in bulk) and the report builder (Insights).
