Vendor portal guide
Who this guide is for. You sell products through a marketplace that runs on Sokisoko, and you (or your colleagues) use the vendor portal to manage that business: listing products, fulfilling your share of buyer orders, tracking what you earn, and getting paid. You do not need any technical knowledge — everything in this guide happens in your web browser.
What you'll learn. How to apply to sell and activate your account; what every tile on your dashboard means; how to list products and get them approved by the marketplace operator; how to accept, ship and deliver orders; how commission is calculated and how payouts reach you; how to manage your own team's access; and what every notification in the bell means.
Where the portal lives. Open the vendor portal address your marketplace operator gave you — it always ends in /portal. Two parties matter in this guide: you, the vendor, and the marketplace operator — the company that runs the marketplace, reviews your listings, takes a commission on your sales, and pays you out.
Your portal may not look exactly like the screenshots. The operator can brand the portal with their own store name, logo and colour, so the dark sidebar and buttons take on their identity — but every label, button and screen described here is the same.
