Your plan
The Plan card names the plan your organization is on and its monthly price (Free, a price, or Pricing on request where your operator prices plans individually). Below it, the Features card lists the premium modules — recurring orders, rebates, multi-currency, search merchandising, the AI assistant, AI lead prospecting — with a tick for those your plan includes and a lock for those it does not. Core commerce (catalog, pricing, quotes, orders, customers) is in every plan.
Usage
The Usage card shows this month's consumption against your plan's limits: orders, AI assistant calls, AI-prospected leads, and media storage. A bar fills as you approach a limit; Unlimited on your plan means there is none. Orders are never blocked by a limit — they are counted for billing. Premium features outside your plan answer with a message and the console nudges you here.
Asking for a bigger plan
The Plans card lists every plan with its features. Press Request <plan> on the one you want. The request reaches your platform operator by email, your plan shows Requested, and once the operator approves it the new features are live immediately — no sign-out needed. If you are on a trial, approval also ends the trial and makes the organization active. You can have one request open at a time; the operator may also decline it, after which you can ask again.
