Tenants
Where: Settings → Tenants (platform administrators only)
Settings → Tenants appears only for platform administrators who run multiple organizations on one Sokisoko installation — creating, activating, and suspending tenant organizations. If you manage a single store, you won’t see it.
Self-serve sign-ups and trials
Companies that sign up themselves appear here as pending until they verify their email, then as trial. The table shows each organization's Owner (the sign-up email) and Trial ends date. A daily sweep emails the owner a week and two days before the end, then moves the organization to suspended when the trial runs out — the console closes, buyers can't sign in, the storefront stays visible, and nothing is deleted. To continue a customer, set the status to active (or trial again for another 14 days) from the row's actions.
Plan requests
When a tenant asks for a plan from their Billing & usage page, the Requested column shows the plan with Approve and Decline buttons, and the operator mailbox gets an email. Approve moves the organization onto that plan, makes it active (ending any trial), and the new features are live for the tenant at once. Decline clears the request so the tenant can ask again. Plan prices are set per plan from the API; a plan priced at zero shows Pricing on request to tenants.
