Admin guide
Who this guide is for. You are an operator or staff member of a business that sells through Sokisoko — a distributor, wholesaler, manufacturer, or marketplace operator. You work in the admin console, the back-office where the catalog, prices, quotes, orders, invoices, customers, vendors, stock, content and settings all live. You do not need a technical background; every procedure is written as numbered steps using the exact button and field names you see on screen.
What you'll learn. How to sign in and find your way around; build and maintain a product catalog; import data in bulk; set up pricing, promotions, tax and shipping; run the full sales motion from an incoming request-for-quote through quoting, ordering, shipping, invoicing and getting paid; handle returns; manage customer companies and their users; work leads and deals in the CRM; run a multi-vendor marketplace; keep stock accurate across warehouses; switch on automations; design and publish your storefront; read your reports; put the store on WhatsApp; and administer settings, staff and integrations.

Conventions
- Bold text in quotes is the exact label you'll see on screen. Money amounts in screenshots appear in KES because they come from a sample store; your console displays everything in your own store currency.
- Each feature page starts with Where — the console section and page — and ends with Related topics.
- Pages you don't see in your console are either outside your role's permissions or not on your plan. See Finding your way around.
