Sokisoko can run as a marketplace: outside vendors list products in your storefront, buyer orders split automatically into per-vendor sub-orders, you take a commission, and delivered sub-orders settle into payouts. Your three pages are Vendors, Applications, and Catalog moderation under Marketplace. (Your own “house” products coexist untouched — you can be a marketplace and a first-party store at once. Buyers see a “Sold by ‹vendor›” badge on vendor products.)
