Customer groups

Where: Customers → Customer groups

Customers → Customer groups are segments — “Wholesale”, “Government”, “VIP” — used by price list assignments, price rules, and content targeting.

  1. Press “New group”, type the Name, save.
  2. Click a group to see “Customers in ‹group›” — the members dialog (assign customers to groups from the customer form’s Group field). An unused group shows: “No customers are assigned to this group yet.”
