The dashboard

Where: Dashboard (the console home page)

The Dashboard is your home page: your organization’s name and today’s date at the top, with quick actions on the right — “New quote”, “New order”, “New product” (each jumps to the right list and opens its create dialog immediately), a refresh icon, and a reporting-period picker (7d / 30d / 90d; your choice is remembered).

The “Set up your store” checklist. On a fresh store, a card titled “Set up your store” appears first, with the subtitle “A few steps to get selling — pick up wherever you left off.” Its steps, each with its own call-to-action button, are:

StepWhat it meansButton
Set your store identity“Name, logo and brand colour your buyers will see.”Set up → opens Settings
Add a categoryOrganize your catalog so buyers can browseAdd
Add your first productOpens Products with the create dialog readyAdd
Set up pricingCreate your first price listSet up

Completed steps show a green tick and Done. You can dismiss the card with the × — the console remembers.

Stat tiles. A row of clickable tiles summarizes the chosen period; each opens the matching page: Revenue (with % change), Orders, Avg order value, Open AR (“outstanding” receivables), Customers, Products, Catalog health (“avg completeness”), and Feeds (“all healthy” or “N failing”).

The “Needs attention” panel. Subtitle: “Open items across your workspace.” Every row is a count with a link — this is your daily to-do list:

RowWhere it takes you
RFQs to quoteSales → RFQs
Quotes in progressSales → Quotes
Overdue invoicesSales → AR aging
Returns to reviewSales → Returns
Products awaiting moderationMarketplace → Catalog moderation
At-risk accountsCustomers → Account health
Low-stock itemsOperations → Inventory
Products missing required dataCatalog → Data health
Feeds failing to buildSettings → Feeds

When there is nothing to do it says “You’re all caught up”“Nothing needs your attention right now.” (During initial setup it says “Finish setting up your store” instead.)

Other panels. Sales pipeline (value of open opportunities), At-risk accounts, Low stock (“At or below reorder threshold”), Feed health, Top products (“By revenue this month”), Orders by status bar chart, Recent orders, Accounts receivable (aging buckets: current / 1–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ days), and the Revenue trend line chart (which reads “No sales in this window yet.” until you have sales).

tip

Treat the dashboard as your morning routine: glance at the tiles for trend, then work the Needs attention list top to bottom.
