Finding your way around

Where: The dark rail on the left of every console page

The console has a fixed dark rail on the left:

  • At the top: your store logo and the notification bell (a red badge counts unread notifications).
  • The main section list: Dashboard, Catalog, Pricing, Sales, Customers, Marketplace, Operations, Automation, Content, Insights, with Settings pinned near the bottom.
  • Ask AI — opens the assistant as a docked panel on the right (a plan feature; see Ask AI).
  • Near the bottom: your account chip with the Sign out button, and a collapse control that shrinks the rail to icons.

Clicking a section takes you to its first page and reveals a second, horizontal bar of page chips across the top of the content area — that's where the individual pages live. The active page chip is filled in your brand colour. For example, clicking Catalog shows chips for Products · Data quality · Categories · Attributes · Data health · Configurator · Search merchandising.

note

You only see the pages your role permits and the features your plan includes. If a page named in this guide is missing from your sidebar, you either lack the permission (ask whoever manages Staff & roles) or the feature is not on your plan. Some pages (Exchange rates, Subscriptions, Rebates, Search merchandising) are feature-gated by design, and Tenants appears only for platform administrators.

On screens narrower than a laptop, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu drawer.
