What the storefront is
The storefront is the buyer-facing side of your supplier’s system. It is a business store, not a consumer shop, so it is built around how companies buy:
- Prices are your company’s contract prices — a colleague at another company may see different numbers for the same product.
- Your account belongs to a company, not just to you. Colleagues share the same orders, quotes, invoices and budgets.
- You can buy on account terms (pay by invoice later) instead of paying by card at checkout.
- Anything without a listed price can be turned into a quote request, negotiated, and converted to an order.
When you open the store without signing in, you land on the public home page:

The header has two tiers. The white strip on top holds Quick order, Register (if the store allows self-signup) and the Sign in button. The navy band below holds the Catalog menu, the big Search products… field, and links such as Request a Quote and Contact, plus the cart icon. Once you sign in, the same links also appear in a left sidebar and a My Account menu.
Guest browsing vs signed-in pricing
You can browse and search the catalog without an account. As a guest:
- Prices shown are indicative — the store’s general prices, not your negotiated ones.
- You can add items to a temporary guest cart kept in your browser, but you cannot check out until you sign in.
- The cart notes: “Prices are indicative — your pricing is confirmed when you sign in to check out.”
Once signed in, product pages show a Your pricing panel with your company’s own price tiers, the cart uses live server prices, and everything you do (orders, quotes, lists) is saved to your company account.
Anything you put in a guest cart is not lost when you sign in. On your first signed-in visit to the cart, the store merges it and tells you: “N item(s) you saved earlier were added to your cart.” Items no longer available are reported too.
