Getting an account
There are three routes into the store. Which one applies to you depends on how your supplier works.
| How | What happens | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|
| Self-signup on the Register page | You create the account yourself and confirm your email | New companies, if the store allows it |
Company invite link (a /join/… address) | A link from your company admin or the supplier creates your account inside an existing company | Colleagues joining a company that already buys here |
| Created by the seller | The supplier’s team creates your login and emails you a sign-in link | Accounts set up during onboarding by your sales rep |
Self-signup and email verification
- Click Register in the top strip (or Create an account on the sign-in page). The page greets you with “Let’s get you set up.”
- Fill in Your name, Company (optional) — enter your company’s name here; the store creates a company account around you — Email, and a Password of at least 8 characters. The password field shows live strength feedback.
- Press Create account. The button stays disabled until at least your name and email are filled in.
- You’ll see: “Account created — check your email for the confirmation link, then sign in.” You are not signed in yet.
- Open the email and click the confirmation link. The verify-email page shows “Confirming your email…” and then “Email confirmed — your account is active.” with a Sign in button.
The verification link is valid for about 48 hours. If it has expired you’ll see “That verification link is invalid or has expired” — just try signing in, and use the Resend verification email button that appears.
If the Register page says “This store is invitation-only. Please sign in or contact us for access.”, the supplier has switched self-signup off. Use the Contact page to ask for access, or ask your company admin for an invite link.
Joining your company by invite link
If a colleague or the supplier invites you, you’ll receive a personal link that opens the Team invitation page: “Order together, on company terms.” It tells you which company you’re joining and in what role (“You’ve been invited to order on behalf of ‹company› as a ‹role›.”).
- Open the link.
- Fill in Full name, Work email, and a Password (At least 8 characters).
- Press Create account. You land straight in your account dashboard — no email confirmation needed.
Invite links are time-limited (typically 14 days) and single-purpose. A dead link shows “This invite link is no longer valid.” — ask whoever invited you to send a fresh one.
An account created for you by the seller
Your sales rep can create your login directly and email you a link to sign in. If you receive such an email, just follow the link, sign in with the password provided, and change it under Settings → Security (see Managing your company).
