Insights → Data export is for full-dataset extracts: cards for Orders, Order items, Customers, Invoices, and more, each with CSV and Excel buttons. As the page notes: “Exports are scoped to your organization and to what you’re permitted to see.”

Excel files hold up to 100,000 rows (CSV has no limit). When a dataset is bigger, the Excel file stops at 100,000 rows and its last row says so, and the page shows a warning: “Only the first 100,000 rows are included — narrow the date range or filters to get the rest.” Use CSV for the full set.
If every card is missing you’ll see: “You don’t have permission to export any datasets yet.” — ask your admin for the relevant view permissions.
