Insights → Data export is for full-dataset extracts: cards for Orders, Order items, Customers, Invoices, and more, each with CSV and Excel buttons. As the page notes: “Exports are scoped to your organization and to what you’re permitted to see.”

If every card is missing you’ll see: “You don’t have permission to export any datasets yet.” — ask your admin for the relevant view permissions.
