Practical rules: uploads are images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) up to 25 MB each; identical files are automatically de-duplicated; and web-optimized renditions are generated in the background — a just-uploaded asset may show as processing briefly while the original already serves. Assets can also carry an editorial lifecycle (draft → approved → published) with share links for partners, if your team uses the brand-portal features.
