Automation → Automation runs answers “did it actually fire?”. Subtitle: “Every rule firing and how it actually ended — settled by the worker, kept for 90 days.” Filter All / Succeeded / Failed / Queued; columns: Rule, Action, Outcome, Error, Fired, Settled.

Troubleshooting

A rule stuck at Queued forever usually means the background worker isn’t running on your server — tell your operator. A Failed run shows the exact error in the Error column.
