Spending

Where: the menu → Spending

Every order your company has placed, summed by month, with the items you buy most underneath. It answers the two questions procurement asks at budget time — how much are we spending, and on what — without exporting invoices and rebuilding them in a spreadsheet.

Pick 6, 12 or 24 months at the top. The bar beside each month is relative to your busiest month, so a seasonal pattern is visible at a glance, and each row shows how many orders made up that spend.

What you buy most ranks by value rather than quantity, so a handful of expensive items outranks a large order of cheap ones. That is usually the right list to take into a price negotiation.

This is your company's data only. Other buyers on the same store never appear, and neither do quotes you have not accepted — only orders actually placed.
