Archiving a product
To retire a listing for good, click the trash icon on its row. The portal asks: “Archive “[name]”? Buyers will no longer see it.” Confirm and the toast “Product archived” appears; the product leaves your list.
tip
If you only want to pause sales — a stock outage, say — don’t archive. Edit the product and set Listing status to Disabled instead; you can flip it back to Active later.
